摘　　要：针对复卷机工艺对电气控制系统控制精度高的要求,利用PROFIBUS现场总线技术构建了以PLC为控制中心,矢量变频器为执行机构,OP面板为操作终端的监控系统。该系统具有很强的实用性和先进性,全数字操作,满足了复卷机的控制要求,提高了工作稳定性和成品纸的质量。详细介绍了基于PROFIBUS现场总线的网络结构、网络的组态方法和通信方式,为其他相似的电控系统的设计提供一定的技术经验。Aim at the technology of rewind machine need high precision about electric system,Construct supervise-control system based on PLC as control center.OP panel as operate device and vector control transducer as executive by advanced PROFIBUS field. Bus technology.The system is practicality advanced.And improve stability and product quality.The structure of network,configure the hard—ware of PROFIBUS control network and method of PROFIBUS—DP communications will be described.It supply experience for similar system.
