甘肃黄芪根瘤菌耐盐性及化学试剂和染料的抗性研究

摘　　要：选用67株分离自甘肃兰州地区的黄芪根瘤菌菌株,测定了供试菌对甲基蓝、甲基红、亚甲基蓝、刚果红、孔雀石绿5种染料和脱氧胆酸钠、亚硝酸钠2种化学试剂的抗性反应,及耐盐性测定.测定结果表明:黄芪根瘤菌具有较强的耐盐性,36%的菌株可以耐受5%NaCl,21%的菌株可以耐受6%NaCl;黄芪根瘤菌对两种化学药物脱氧胆酸钠和亚硝酸钠均具有极高的抗性,几乎所有菌株都能在终浓度为0.1%和0.2%的YMA培养基上生长;不同的黄芪根瘤菌菌株对不同染料具有不同的抗性,对不同浓度的同种染料也具有不同的抗性,同种黄芪根瘤菌菌株对不同染料具有不同的抗性,对不同浓度的同种染料也具有不同的抗性.67 strains isolated from gansu selection of rhizobium strains of astragalus were tested by methylene blue methyl red,methylene blue,congo red and 5 kinds of malachite green and bile acid dyes sodium nitrate,2 kinds of chemical reagents,and salt resistance properties were studied.The results showed that: astragalus rhizobia with strong resistance strains of salt,36% NaCl 5% tolerance,21 strains can tolerate NaCl 6%,two kinds of astragalus rhizobia chemical drug deoxidizing bile acid sodium nitrate and are highly resistant strains,almost all strains can growth in YMA culture medium with conge red of 0.1% and 0.2%.Different resistance appeared for different dyes among the rhizobia.
