黑龙江山楂属植物叶表皮结构形态研究

摘　　要：利用扫描电子显微镜,对黑龙江蔷薇科山楂属代表植物的叶表皮形态结构特征进行了比较研究.对其表皮毛、气孔器、上下表皮细胞垂周壁式样进行比较观察.结果表明:植物的叶表皮在形态上具有属内的亲缘特征,但是种间也存在一些明显的差异.为该属植物系统研究提供结构形态分类依据.In this paper,the morphological structure of the leaf epidermis of Crataegus(Rosaceae) in Heilongjiang Province is studied by using a scanning electron microscope(SEM).The epidermal hair,stomatal apparatus and the anticlinal wall of upper and lower epidermis are comparatively observed.The results show that the morphology of the epidermis of plants have affinity characteristics within the genus,but exists the difference among the species.Structure and the basis of morphological classification are provided for the studies of the genera.
