摘　　要：长期以来,部分轴承在使用过程中一直存在着外套脱离现象。经实体检测分析,发现斜坡锁量测量方法的误差是导致外圈脱离的关键问题。通过制造测量辅具,改进测量方法,消除了测量误差,提高了合套率,降低了生产成本。In a long term,the outer ring of some bearings is always deviated from the unit.After inspecting and analyzing,we found that the error of the slope measuring method is the key problem which leads to the outer ring deviating.Through the creation of measurement aids,the improvement of measurement methods and the fitting rate are improved,the measurement error is eliminated,the production costs are reduced.
