摘　　要：针对圆锥滚子球基面磨床3MT4320加工中由于超负荷而出现隔离盘传动牙齿折断的情况,对其传动系统进行了改造,使原来的刚性联接变成柔性联接,解决了传动牙齿折断的问题,使机床运转顺畅。In view of the situation that a certain tooth or some teeth of spacer disk were broken because of overload when 3MT4320 grinder of tapered roller spherical datum plane was at work,the transmission system was improved with flexible connection instead of former rigid one,so that the problem of transmission teeth breaking was solved.The machine was changed to run well finally.
