摘　　要：寒冷地区居住建筑节能改造需要巨大的投资,资金问题已成为既有居住建筑节能改造的瓶颈之一.本文通过对国内外既有居住建筑节能改造融资现状进行分析,考虑相关主体融资渠道,采用问卷调查的方法,掌握保证既有居住建筑节能改造顺利实施不同主体合适的承担比例,提出寒地既有居住建筑节能改造融资模式建议.Large numbers of funds are needed in the energy-saving reformation of existing residential buildings in the cold district,but the shortage of funds is one of the bottlenecks that restricted it.The paper analyzes current situations on both domestic and abroad energy-saving reformation of existing residential buildings and financing channels.At the same time,according to the results of questionnaire investigation,proper proportions are known that should be undertaken by different subjects and financing models is proposed which suit to the energy-saving reformation of existing residential buildings in the cold distrct.
