摘　　要：根据目标管理理论构建建筑节能监管体系技术实现路径,采用目标分解方法依次划分监管体系层级,为国内建筑节能监管体系的建立和实施提供了技术实现路径的设计参考.According to the objective management theory,energy-conserving supervision system is constructed by the way of technology.By using the method of goal decomposition,the superoision system levels are divided in turn,which provides the design refereme for the establishment and implementation of domesic architectural energy-conserving supervision system in terms of technology-based way.
