摘　　要：目的:探讨侧脑室微量注射Intermedin1-47对正常大鼠中枢血流动力学的影响。方法:将Intermedin1-47注射入麻醉大鼠侧脑室45 min后观察血压、心率、左心室形成压和最大压力变化速率。结果:侧脑室注射不同剂量Intermedin1-47后可升高血压,提高心率和增强心功能,并呈剂量-时间依赖关系。该作用可被α受体阻断剂酚妥拉明和β受体阻断剂美托洛尔阻断。结论:Intermedin1-47可能是调节心血管功能的重要中枢活性因子。Objective To explore the influence of low dose intermedin1-47 fragment by lateral ventricle injection on hemodynamic of central nervous system in normal rats.Methods Anaesthetic rats were given low doses of intermedin1-47 intracerebroventricularly(ICV),then blood pressure,heart rates,left ventricular developed pressure and ±LVdp/dtmax of them were monitored after 45 min.Results The ICV injection of intermedin1-47 with different doses caused a dose and time dependent increasing in mean arterial pressure,heart rates,left ventricular developed pressure and ±LVdp/dtmax in rats.The CNS reaction caused by intermedin1-47 could be blocked by phentolamine and metoprolol.Conclusion Intermedin1-47 may be an important regulatory factor of cardiovascular function in rats.
