红色休闲体育旅游产业开发现状与对策——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：湖南省红色旅游"有名气无效益、有市场无产业、有点无面",体育旅游产业规模小、效益低,红色旅游与休闲体育旅游融合产业开发还处于无意识状态。湖南省应更新观念,大胆创新,将红色旅游与休闲体育旅游有机结合进行产业开发,资源共享,优势互补,突出"湘"味特色,打造新的产业链,培育多元化的投资主体和资金投入渠道,低碳开发,加强队伍建设和管理人才培养,加强区域联合,加大宣传力度,实现红色旅游和体育旅游业在经济、政治和社会效益上的全面丰收。Hunan red tourism is famous but non-effective,'has a market but has not industry,has no face'.The scale of training tourism industry is small,the benefit is low.The integrated industrial development of red tourism and leisure training tourism is still in unconscious state.Hunan Province should update concept,innovate boldly,make the organic combination of red tourism and leisure training tourism have industry development,resource sharing,low carbon developing,and complementary advantages, highlight the 'Xiang' characteristics,create new industrial chain,and cultivate a wide range of investors and capital investment channel,low-carbon development,while strengthening the team - building and management of personnel training, strengthening of regional integration,and steping up publicity to achieve the overall harvest of red tourism and training tourism in the economic,political and social benefits.
