复方蛋黄油膏对低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方蛋黄油膏对低位单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响。方法低位单纯性肛瘘患者90例,随机分为复方蛋黄油膏组(A组)、凡士林组(B组)和雷夫诺尔组(C组)各30例,手术后分别采用复方蛋黄油膏纱条、凡士林纱条、雷夫诺尔纱条换药,比较三组疗效。结果 A组与其它两组相比较,在减轻肛瘘术后创面疼痛、减少创面渗出、促进创面愈合方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方蛋黄油膏能减轻肛瘘术后创面疼痛、减少创面渗出、促进创面愈合,且无明显肝肾毒副作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound ointment of egg yolk in healing wounds following simple low anal fistulectomy.Methods 90 subjects were divided randomly into compound ointment of egg yolk(group A),Vaseline Ointment(group B) and Ethacridine Lactate groups(group C),30 patients per group,Group A were treated with compound Ointment of egg yolk,change of dressing once a day,Group B were done with Vaseline Ointment,Group C were done with Ethacridine Lactate e gauze,the clinical curative effect were observed in the three groups.Results Group A had less pain and effusion and quicker healing than other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound ointment of egg yolk can reduce pain and effusion and heal wounds following anal fistulectomy,and it is safe in clinic.
