老年重症肺炎150例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年重症肺炎的临床治疗方案,评价丙种球蛋白对重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2009年6月至2010年6月来我院就诊的老年重症肺炎患者150例,将其随机分为观察组78例和对照组72例。分别给予相应的治疗方案,观察其疗效。结果两组患者在临床症状改变、呼吸衰竭纠正情况及临床疗效上均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙种球蛋白在治疗老年重症肺炎上具有可靠的疗效,是一种安全经济的治疗手段,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of pneumonia,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Gamma globulin for pneumonia among elderly.Methods Choose 150 elderly patients with pneumonia from patients of our hospital from June,2009 to June,2010.150 cases were randomly divided into observation group(78 cases)and control group(72 cases).Two groups were given appropriate treatment to evaluate the efficacy.Results The differences of clinical symptoms,respiratory failure and clinical effects were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pneumonia is a major disease threatening the health of the elderly.Gamma globulin is an effective drug for this disease.It is worth promoting.
