摘  要:目的研究五味子醇提取物(SCE)对雄性小鼠睾丸酶活性及全血微量元素含量的影响。方法 40只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为阴性对照组和SCE低、中、高剂量组,连续灌胃28 d后,测定睾丸组织中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性。HNO3-HClO4混合酸消化液消化小鼠血液,原子吸收光谱法测定全血中锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)和锰(Mn)4种离子含量。结果 SCE低剂量组睾丸组织中NOS活性明显高于阴性对照组(P<0.05);中剂量组睾丸组织中LDH活性明显高于阴性对照组(P<0.01);高剂量组血液中Zn、Cu和Mn的含量明显升高,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 SCE可明显提高雄性小鼠睾丸酶活性及全血Zn、Cu和Mn离子水平,具有一定的生殖保护功能。Objective To study the effects of schisandrae chinensis extract(SCE) on activities of testicular enzymes and content of trace elements in blood of mouse.Methods Male Kunming mice were divided randomly into control group and the alcohol extract of Schisandrae low,medium and high dose groups.Intragastric administration for 28 days,and then the activities of NOS and LDH in mice testis were measured.Bloods were mixed treated by HNO3-HClO4 acid digestive juice.The contents of four trace elements Zn,Cu,Fe and Mn in bloods were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results The activities of NOS in low dose groups of SCE obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The activities of LDH in medium dose groups of SCE obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The contents of Zn,Cu and Mn in high dose groups of SCE obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion SCE possesses protective actions on reproductive system of mouse by enhancing the activities of testicular enzymes and the contents of trace elements in blood.
