昆明公共建筑节能措施中外围护构造问题探讨

摘　　要：本文针对昆明地区公共建筑节能发展的现状进行研究,着重通过对外维护结构部分进行探讨,剖析外围护结构中的诸多现状问题,如造型设计影响下的办公空间照度不均、幕墙设计引起的眩光和夏季室内温度过高、外立面保守设计引起的人工照明时间过长和外围护结构中窗的密闭性较差等问题,研究和总结了针对节能设计标准与外维护结构设计矛盾与统一的原则,通过现代技术方法和措施,努力实现昆明地区特有的节能建筑。Based on the research on the current status of the development of energy-saving technologies for public building in Kunming,the paper discusses the external enclosing structure and analyzes the problems,such as uneven lighting for office space caused by shaping works,high-temperature in summer and flaring caused by the design of curtain wall,over-time man-made lighting and poor airtight of windows caused by conserved design of facade.It researches and summarizes the principle of energy-saving design standard and the design of external enclosing structure,which makes great efforts to realize the energy-saving building adapted to Kunming with modern technology.
