浅析江汉石油机械制造业做大做强所面临的机遇与挑战

摘　　要：江汉石油机械制造业在"十一五"期间,抓住机遇,加大技术改造和技术创新力度,大力开拓市场,形成了一批具有自主知识产权的特色产品。产品远销30多个国家和地区,收入、利润提前两年实现"十一五"翻番目标。"十二五"期间,将进一步强化市场营销,大力提高产品品质,坚持制造与服务并重,走合资合作、相关多元化发展的道路,努力打造"世界知名、中国一流"的中石化石油装备制造基地,实现新的跨越。在具体实践中,一是积极构建新的管理体系;二是实现"六大技术跨越";三是推进机械制造平稳发展。Jianghan petroleum machinery manufacturers had managed to develop a batch of independently made products over the period of The Eleventh Five-Year Plan thanks to the strategies of technique renovation and market expansion. The products had reached as far as over 30 countries and districts with profits doubled two years ahead of schedule.In the next five years,the industries would continue to focus on marketing management,enhance product quality,attach equal importance to production and services,and pursue cooperation in capital and management and diverse development paths to make breakthrough in becoming the NO.1 petroleum facility manufacturing base for Sinopec at home and broad.To this end,the industries must establish new management system,break the six major technical obstacles and facilitate a sound development of machinery manufacture.
