论高校学生党建工作中的网格化管理模式

摘　　要：网格化管理是根据属地管理、地理布局、现状管理等原则,将管辖地域划分成若干网格状的单元,并对每一网格实施动态、全方位的管理,它是一种数字化的管理模式,将其运用在高校党员队伍建设中,有助于管理者在第一时间里掌握管理对象的第一手资料,以便及时发现问题,解决问题。在具体操作中,要注意三点:一是确保数据的真实性;二是确保数据更新的及时性;三是确保网格成员的平等性。Gridding management is a digital managing model built on location monitoring,geographic layout and real time management.It cuts jurisdictions into grids,each of which is under all-round dynamic control.Gridding managing model can give managers quick accesses to the first-hand materials about party members in colleges so as to spot and solve problems in time when regulating the team of party members in colleges.There three tips worth noticing in practice:make sure the data valid and up to date and each grid member treated equal.
