医学生自杀意念与健康等因素的关系

摘　　要：目的了解某医学院的大一新生自杀意念的影响因素,为自杀的预防和控制提供依据.方法采取普查的方法对某医学院的大一新生进行匿名自填式问卷调查,用EPIDATA软件进行录入,SPSS软件进行统计分析,用χ2检验及多因素Logistic回归进行数据分析.结果健康状况、喝酒频率及上网频率与自杀意念有相关性,其中P<0.01,OR值均大于1,显示出三者均为自杀意念的危险因素.结论提升大学生的健康水平,理智对待饮酒和上网,可以有效的减少自杀意念的产生.Objective To understand the influencing factors of the suicide ideation of medical college freshmen,and provide prevention measures for suicide.Methods Census by anonymous self-administered questionnaires was given to the freshmen from a medical college.With software named EPIDATA and SPSS,we made the statistical analysis,for example,χ2 inspection method and multiple factors Logistic regression.Results Healthy factors,the frequency of drinking and online surfing contributed to suicide ideation.P value of every factor was all less than 0.01 and OR value was all over 1,which showed that these three factors were risk factors.Conclusion If we improve our healthy state,drink and surf internet properly,we will effectively reduce the suicide ideation.
