摘 要:根据亚铜离子和亚铜灵反应生成黄色配合物在457nm处吸收光的性质,以732型阳离子交换树脂作为吸附剂,建立了离子交换树脂柱分离富集-分光光度法测定钼精矿中微量铜的方法.上柱液在pH值为3~4范围内,以1.4mL/min的流速通过树脂吸附柱,用10mL浓度为3.0mol/L的盐酸进行洗脱,可以消除大部分共存离子的干扰.本方法的检出限为0.75μg/L.该方法应用于钼精矿中微量铜的测定,精密度RSD为4.5%,加标回收率在96.0~108.0%之间;测定结果与原子吸收法基本一致.It was based on the yellow complex formed by copper and neocuproinhy drochlorid monohydrate with an absorbance wavelength of 457nm,and 732 type ion exchange resin as sorbent,a method of spectrophotometric determination of copper in molybdenum concentrates is proposed after separation and enrichment by ion exchange resin.In the pH range 3 to 4,copper(Ⅱ) was separated and enriched by the ion exchange resin at a flow rate of 1.4 mL/min,then eluted by 10 mL of 3mol/L HCl,which eliminated most of the interference from coexisting ions.The detect limit and precision of the method were obtained to be 0.75 μg/L and 4.5%,respectively.The method was successfully used to determine t race amounts of copper in real samples with the recovery between 96.0% and 108.0%.The results obtained by this method are in good agreement with those obtained by AAS.
