摘 要:研究苦参碱对小鼠不完全脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用.实验采用结扎小鼠双侧颈总动脉30min,然后再灌注24 h,制备小鼠不完全脑缺血再灌注损伤模型.对不完全脑缺血再灌注小鼠,尾静脉给予不同剂量苦参碱治疗.不完全脑缺血再灌注小鼠脑水肿比对照组明显增加,脑组织MDA水平也明显增高,给予苦参碱治疗的小鼠脑水肿和脑组织MDA水平明显降低.因此,苦参碱能减轻不完全脑缺血再灌注小鼠的损伤.To investigate the effects of matrine on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice,we applied incomplete cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model.In the model,bilateral carotid artery was occluded for 30min,and then reperfused for 24h.At the beginning of reperfusion,the mice were given intravenously matrine.In the study,brain edema of incomplete cerebral ischemia-reperfusion mice significantly increased compared with the control group,and brain tissue MDA levels were also significantly increased.Brain edema and brain tissue MDA levels in matrine treatment mice significantly decreased.Therefore,matrine can reduce the incomplete cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice.
