从集体无意识理论维度诠释索马里海盗行为

摘　　要：海盗行为作为一种明确思维动机和思维逻辑的暴力实践,已严重威胁到国际社会和各国人民的安全。近年来,国内外学者已经从经济、政治、法律等各个层面分析了海盗形成的原因,并制定了相应的打击策略。针对亚丁湾地区海盗活动越来越猖獗的现状,试图用哲学心理学中的集体无意识理论来探究索马里的政治经济制度和历史文化传统在海盗的社会心理和精神状态层面产生的无意识影响,以期从根本上关注海盗行为本身,达到消除暴力实践的目的。Piracy as a violent practice of clear thinking motivation and logic,has seriously threatened international community and the security of its peoples.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have analyzed its causes from economic,political,legal,and other aspects,then developed appropriate attacking strategies.In view of more and more rampant piracy in the Gulf of Aden,collective uncon-sciousness was employed to illustrate the unconscious impact of Somalia's political and economic sys-tems and historical and cultural traditions on pirates' social psychology and mental state,in order to keep a close eye on piracy itself and to eliminate the practice of violence from its root.
