摘　　要：目的探讨手术治疗肩胛盂骨折的疗效。方法对12例肩胛盂骨折患者采用切开复位螺钉和重建钢板内固定治疗。结果患者均获随访,时间6～25个月。骨折全部愈合,愈合时间6～11周。末次随访时肩关节外展60°～170°(135°±5.6°)。根据Herscvici肩关节功能评分标准:优2例,良8例,可2例。结论手术治疗肩胛盂骨折可以获得较好的临床效果。Objective To assess the results of surgical treatment of unstable fracture of the glenoid fossa.Methods 12 cases of unstable fractures of the glenoid fossa were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with screws and reconstructive plate.Results All the 12 patients were follow up for 6 to 25 months.Fractures united uneventfully within bone healing time ranged from 6 to 11 weeks.The average shoulder abduction was mean 135±5.6 degrees,range 60 to 170 degrees in the last follow up.According to the Herscvici scoring system: 2 cases were excellent,8 good and 2 fair.Conclusions Good clinical outcomes could be obtained with surgical treatment for unstable fracture of the glenoid fossa.
