摘　　要：目的观测不同血压人群血清白介素-6(IL-6)及高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化及其相关性,探讨炎症反应在高血压发生发展中的作用。方法采用ELISA法检测正常血压组(50名)、正常高值血压组(76名)及高血压组(75名)血清IL-6和hs-CRP水平,进行对比分析。结果 (1)正常高值血压组外周血血清IL-6和hs-CRP水平均明显高于正常血压组(P<0.05),高血压组又明显高于正常高值血压组(P<0.05)。(2)正常高值血压组及高血压组外周血hs-CRP与IL-6呈正相关(r=0.795,P<0.05)。结论正常高值血压及高血压人群存在IL-6和CRP的异常表达,IL-6及CRP参与了高血压的发生发展,此为早期干预正常高值血压人群发生高血压提供了理论依据。Objective To observe the level of change and the correlation of IL-6 and hs-CRP in populations with different blood pressure,and explore the role of inflammatory response during the occurrence and development of hypertension.Methods ELISA was used to determine the IL-6 and hs-CRP in serum of normal BP group(50 members),normal BP high-value group(76 members) and hypertension group(75 members).Then the data were analysed and compared. Results (1) The level of IL-6 and hs-CRP in serum of normal BP high-value group was higher than normal BP group distinct(P<0.05).And the level of hypertension group was higher than normal high-value BP group distinct(P<0.05).(2) Normal blood pressure,high-value group and hypertension group,hs-CRP in peripheral blood and IL-6 had a significant positive correlation(r =0.795,P<0.05). Conclusion There is abnormal expression about IL-6 and CRP in population with normal BP high-value and hypertension.IL-6 and CRP may participate in the occurrence and development of hypertension.It′ll provide a theoretical basis to intervene early for hypertension in population of normal high-value BP.
