摘 要:目的对AutoVue Innova全自动血型及配血分析系统的临床应用进行评价。方法用AutoVue Innova全自动血型及配血分析系统对3 842份健康人标本、2 414份患者标本、124份新生儿和脐血标本进行ABO正反定型、Rh血型检测,并与经典手工盐水法进行比对;对2 414份患者标本及43份超低温冷冻保存的抗体筛查阳性标本进行抗体筛查试验,并与手工Diamed卡法进行比对。结果 6 380份血型标本中有26份因标本量少被拒绝;6 286份ABO正反定型、Rh血型仪器自动判读结果与盐水法完全一致;68份因ABO正反定型不符无法自动判读,其中65份为1岁以内婴幼儿标本,人工判读结果与盐水法一致,余下3份的盐水法正反定型也不符,经证实为ABO亚型。2 414份患者标本及43份超低温冷冻保存的标本经两种方法抗体筛查结果完全相符。结论 AutoVue Innova全自动血型及配血分析系统替代传统手工法进行ABO正反定型、血型检测及抗体筛查实验,方便快捷,结果可靠,可满足血库工作自动化发展的需要。Objective To evaluate the applicability of AutoVue Innova system and to compare it with standard manual method.Methods Forward and reverse ABO/Rh typing were performed on 3 842 healthy people′s samples,2 414 patients′ samples,124 newborns′ samples and cord blood by AutoVue Innova.Antibody screen were performed on 2 414 patients′ samples and 43 frozen plasma by AutoVue Innova.All the results were compared with those obtained by standard methods(tube,manual micro gel column).Results For forward and reverse ABO/Rh typing,26 samples were rejected due to sample inadequacy,6 280 samples tested by AutoVue Innova were consistent with manual results.For the other 68 samples not interpreted by AutoVue Innova,65 were from children under 1 year old,3 were confirmed ABO subtype.For antibody screen all of the 2 414 patients′ samples and 43 frozen plasma were consistent with manual results.Conclusion AutoVue Innova is a reliable and simple substitution in blood bank′s daily work,and it makes the work more convenient.
