单采血小板对献血者血小板数量和功能的影响

摘　　要：目的评估多次单采血小板对献血者健康状况的影响。方法分别检测献血者献血前后血小板数目和功能,并对比分析。结果献血者单采血小板前血小板计数、血小板体积、平均血小板体积、大血小板比率和血小板分布宽度等参数与采集后1个月的差异无统计学意义。结论对体检合格的血小板献血者,定期单采血小板对献血者的血小板数目和相关参数无明显影响。提示定期采集血小板不影响献血者的健康。Objective To evaluate the effects of apheresis platelets on the donor′s health.Methods The number and function of platelet in blood donors before and after blood platelet donation were determined and analyzed.Results The difference of number of platelet,mean platelet volume,large platelet cell ratio,platelet distribution width,was not significant before and after platelet donation.Conclusion Plateletpheresis had no direct adverse effects on the platelet number and function of the donors.
