摘　　要：通过实际索赔案例,结合FIDIC新红皮书(1999年9月版),以承包商的角度分析在国际工程中如何进行有效的索赔管理,旨在抛砖引玉,有助于更多的国内工程承包企业了解、熟悉并掌握FIDIC条款下的国际工程索赔管理技巧。Based on the actual cases of claim,how to carry out the effective management of claim during the implementation of the international construction contract is analyzed herein in combination with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction(1999 edition) from the aspect of a contractor,so as to throw out a minnow to catch a whale,and then help and acquaint more domestic construction contractors to know and grasp the techniques of the management for the claim during the implementation of the international construction contract concerned under the FIDIC conditions.
