联考机制下合训毕业学员军事体育组训优化探究

摘　　要：2011年,全军院校开始实行军事共同科目联考。具体由"合训"与"分流"院校分别抽调专家组成联合考核组实施。为促进军事体育教学训练,提高联考通过率,从训练原则、训练计划、组织实施、预防损伤上,就如何提高体能、技能水平提出了相应对策。Institutions and units from the shunt joint assessment team of experts organized the military entrance exam common courses in 2011.After reading related literature on physical training,Consulting the experts,put forward the corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the cadets' military physical fitness levelto the students whose military physical fitness level.
