学校体育设施对外开放经营管理的应用研究

摘　　要：随着国家"十二五规划"的到来,城市化进一步发展,许多城市的新社区将拔地而起,作为社区重要组成部分之一的学校也将得到改建、扩建或新建。修建什么样的学校体育设施,既达到保障学校体育运动的日常开展,又能在节假日满足社区居民的健身的需要,更好地促进全民健身计划纲要的实施,不但减少政府的投入,而且管理起来能多方共赢?针对这些问题,在全面分析广州市学校体育设施对外开放经营与管理经验的基础上,结合广州市天河中学体育设施对外开放经营管理的实践经验,提出学校体育设施对外开放应用PPP管理模式。With the coming of 'Twelve Five-Year Plan',the further development of urbanization,many cities of the new community will appear,as an important part of the community schools will be rebuilt,expanded,or newly built.What kind of school building sports facilities can not only guanrantee the school sports' daily operation,but also meet the fitness needs of community residents in the holidays to better implemente the National Fitness Program,not only reduce the government's investment,but also all win in every way from the management aspect.To solve these problems,through comprehensive analysis,the PPP management model in the operation and management of the opening application for school sports facilities were researched with the example of Guangzhou Tianhe Middle School.
