摘  要:根据北京市南水北调水资源配置方案、水厂布局、调蓄系统规划,输水系统引入城市"环路输水模式",优化了北京市供水系统。"环路输水模式"的闭合、互相相通、双向输水、互为备用、可靠性高、调度灵活等特点,使北京市供水系统实现了"三水"(即:外调水、本地地表水和地下水)联合调度,降低了调蓄库规模,提高了供水保证率,有效地解决了北京市近、远期供水需求,为国内大、中城市输水管路建设做出了新的尝试,提出了新的思路。In accordance with Beijing water resources allocation scheme,layout of water works,planning of water regulation and storage system for the South-To-North Water Transfer Project,an urban'circle water conveyance mode'is introduced into the water conveyance system,and then the water supply system in Beijing is optimized.With the characteristics of the closed circle,inter-connection,bi-directional water conveyance,mutual standby,high reliability,flexible allocation,etc.of the'circle water conveyance mode',the water supply system in Beijing realizes the joint-allocation of the'three waters'(i.e.transferred water,local surface water and local ground water),and then the relevant regulation and storage scale is lowered along with the increase of the water supply guarantee rate and effective solution of recent and long-term water demands of Beijing,which provides a new trial for the construction of water conveyance pipeline for the large-medium cities in China with a new concept.
