摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,人类通信开始进入3G时代,用户需要有更多的个性化服务需求,对网络业务的需求也越来越高,而3G网络的发展,为气象视频的实现提供了可能性。利用DSS流媒体软件建立气象视频网站,通过3G网络,将包括文字、视频、声音的天气预警信息发布出去,这能引起群众的广泛关注,预警效果会更加明显。在拓宽气象信息发布方面又多了一个途径。With the rapid development of information technology,the human communication has entered into 3G era,the users have more demands for the personalized service,and the demands for the network business are getting higher and higher.The development of 3G network offers the possibility for the realization of the meteorological video.The meteorological video website was established by making use of DSS streaming media software.The weather early warning information is issued in the modes of video,text and voice by 3G network.It can cause people's extensive concern.Its warning effect is more apparent.The dissemination way of meteorological information was added.
