摘　　要：依据极限拉延比、极限拉延系数、极限直径减小比之间的关系以及压料力对极限拉延比的影响,分析得出通过干膜润滑剂提高凸模的摩擦力、提高压边圈和凹模工作表面光洁度、周边退火拉延法等措施,探讨了提高极限拉延比的方法。This text is from the relation that the extreme limit pulled to postpone the ratio,extreme limit to pull to postpone the for the coefficient,the extreme limit diameter to let up the ratio and press to anticipate the dint to get the friction that passed the dry film lubricant and raised the convex mold and raised to press to the influence that the extreme limit pulled to postpone the ratio the clean degree,periphery of the side turn and the cave mold work surfaces back the fire pulled to postpone the method several aspects of etc.to inquiry in to raise the extreme limit to pull to postpone the ratio of method.
