摘　　要：介绍了CJST塔板的结构、特点、在脱苯塔改造中的应用以及我厂用CJST脱苯塔替换已连续运行26年的铸铁泡罩脱苯塔的情况。CJST脱苯塔运行后,粗苯回收量提高了558t,每吨粗苯蒸汽耗量降至1.42t,每年可新增利润318万元,同时还带来一定的环保效益。Introduce structure,characteristics,application of the transformation in debenzolization tower of CJST tray and situation of my factory replacing 26 years of continuous operating iron bubble-cap debenzolization tower with CJST debenzolization tower.After CJST debenzolization tower operating,recovery of the amount of benzene increased 558t,reduced steam consumption per ton of crude benzene 1.42t,annual profit of 3.18 million new,and also brought some environmental benefits.
