摘  要:按照《中华人民共和国行业标准—氧化还原电位的测定(电位测定法)》,制备了分别以蒸馏水和实际海水作为溶剂的氧化还原电位标准溶液.采用电位测定法测量了标准溶液的氧化还原电位值,对制备的标准溶液采用F检验法和t检验法分别进行了均匀性和稳定性的评价.实验结果表明,标准溶液的均匀性良好,并且以海水为溶剂的标准溶液均匀性更好;标准溶液在低温和常温保存条件下稳定性较好,并且硫酸亚铁铵-硫酸高铁铵溶液的稳定性要强于氢醌溶液,低温保存的标准溶液稳定性要好于常温保存条件的.In accordance with the 'Industrial standards of the People's Republic of China 《Determination of Redox Potential(Potentiometric Method)》',redox potential standard solutions were prepared with distilled water and actual sea water as a solvent respectively.Standard solutions' redox potential values were measured by the potentiometric method.The F-test and the t-test were carried out for homogeneity and stability assessment of the standard solutions.The results show that standard solutions have good homogeneity;and using sea water as the solvent is better.Standard solutions under storage conditions of low temperature and room temperature present good stability.Besides,the stability of ferrous ammonium sulfate-sulfuric acid solution of ammonium iron is better than the hydroquinone solution;and the stability at cryopreservation is better than those at the room temperature storage condition.
