摘 要:基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)与MCGS(监视与控制通用系统)组态软件,设计了自动调整臂寿命测试系统.从疲劳试验机的示值不确定度、由标定方给出的相对扩展不确定度、计数器校准时校准源引入的相对扩展不确定度三个方面,合成了疲劳性能的合成相对标准不确定度并转化成绝对不确定度,再使用不确定度评定自动调整臂的寿命.系统能够实现智能控制,记录表征自动调整臂寿命的运转次数.在实际应用中该测试系统运行稳定,不确定度评定方式有助于提高自动调整臂质量.A system to test automatic slack adjusters was designed based on PLC(programmable logic controller) and MCGS(monitor and control generated system) configuration software.The uncertainty of the system was based on three facts: uncertainty from fatigue-test machine's indication,the relative expanded uncertainty given by the producer,and the relative expanded uncertainty introduced by the calibration source when counter was used for calibration.A combined relative standard uncertainty of fatigue property was calculated and translated into absolute uncertainty.The uncertainty was used to assess automatic slack adjusters' life.The system can realize intelligent control and record the functioning times that characterize automatic slack adjusters' lifetime.Uncertainty was introduced to assess the results.The test system is stable in application;and the uncertainty assessment is helpful to improve the quality of automatic slack adjusters.
