摘 要:Nd:NaY(WO4)2(简称Nd:NYW)是一种性能优良的激光晶体。采用提拉法生长出了四方晶系白钨矿结构的Nd:NYW晶体。通过热重-差热分析得到晶体的熔点为1209.07℃,测试了Nd:NYW晶体的红外光谱和Raman光谱,并分析了晶体的吸收光谱。结果表明:该晶体在804,752,586nm附近有较强、较宽的吸收峰,适合于半导体激光器泵浦。讨论了晶体的红外和Raman光谱中各峰的振动归属。Sodium yttrium tungstate doped with Nd^3+[Nd : NaY(WO4), Nd : NYW] single crystals is a good laser material. Tetragonal scheelite-type Nd : NYW laser crystals were grown by the Czochralski method. Differential thermal analysis experiments show the melting point of the crystal is at 1 209.07 ℃. The absorption spectrum of Nd : NYW crystal was analyzed. The results show that the absorption peaks of the crystals at 804, 752 and 586 nm were intense and wide, and were propitious for using laser diode pumping. The infrared spectra and Raman spectra were measured at room temperature, and the assignation of the vibrations was discussed.
