摘　　要：目的探讨全椎板整块切除原位回植法治疗游离型腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点及疗效.方法28例游离型腰椎间盘突出症患者均采用全椎板整块切除原位回植法治疗.结果28例随访6～54个月,平均21个月.根据Macnab标准评定,优20例,良6例,差2例.结论游离型腰椎间盘突出症是手术的绝对适应证,全椎板整块切除原位回植法治疗游离型腰椎间盘突出症可获得满意疗效.Objective To study the clinical characteristics and effects of sequestered lumbar disc herniation（SLDH） treated with En bloc laminectomy and in situ replantation. Methods 28 patients were operated by En bloc laminectomy and in situ replantation. Results All patients were followed up for 6 -54 months,21 on average. According to the Macnab standard,the results were excellent in 20 cases, good in 6 and fair in 2. Conclusions SLDH is absolute indication for surgical treatment. The effect of En bloc laminectomv and in situ replantation is satisfactory.
