摘　　要：大栅栏是北京历史上的商业中心,从元代延续到了民国。北京的老字号几乎都集中在这块不到1平方公里的狭小地带。可是今天的大栅栏却是积重难返,它是北京市人口最密集的地方,而它的商业远远落后于北京的平均水平,它是假货充斥和违法犯罪率较高的地区。大栅栏怎么了?Dashilan was the commercial center in the history of Beijing, from Yuan Dynasty to the Republic of China. Almost all the old stores of Beijing are concentrating on this narrow and small area, which is less than 1 sq. km. However, today's Dashilan has lost its former prosperity. As the most densely populated area in Bejing, the commerce in Dashilan far lags behind the average level of Beijing, packed with fake products and high crime rate. What's the matter with Dashilan?
