摘  要:文章介绍了国内外氧化锌(ZnO)非线性电阻片技术的发展过程及改良成果;避雷器电场设计技术的变迁,三维电场解析软件在避雷器设计中的应用;瓷套型避雷器、GIS型避雷器、复合外套型避雷器的技术进步;以及伴随ZnO电阻片性能的提高所带来的避雷器小型化、轻型化、高可靠性和长寿命。文章最后还介绍了IEC标准制定各个阶段的讨论重心、成果以及今后要解决的课题。This paper introduced the development course and improving accomplishment of nonlinear resistance technology of zinc oxide (ZnO) both in domestic and international; the technology changes of electric field designing for ligbtning attester, and the application of the three - dimensional analysis software of electric field in the design of lightning arrester; the advance technology of porcelain set type lightning arrester, GIS and compound external casing lightning arrester; as well as the lightning arrester with miniaturization, light, high reliability and long life due to improving the performances of ZnO resistance. The paper also introduced the discussion focus, accomplishment as well as the programs that will solve in the future in every stage for establishing IEC standard.
