FEEDING STUDY OF INFANTS' WEANING FOOD “NUTRITIOUS POWDER” IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

摘  要:为提供小儿生长必需的营养素,改进小儿膳食营养,以促进其生长发育,由上海医科大学儿科医院和江西省儿童医院共同配制了营养基粉Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号.选择南昌市进贤县12~35个月的小儿192名。根据大队分为营养基粉Ⅰ号组、Ⅱ号组和对照组,经3个月的喂养试验,营养基粉Ⅰ号组平均体重、身长增值为0.84kg和3.3cm;Ⅱ号组0.77kg和3.2cm;对照组0.63kg和2.7cm.差异有显著意义.Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号组平均血红蛋白上升6.6g/L和4.0g/L,对照组则下降5.9g/L.P<0.01.Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号的平均红细胞内游离原卟啉下降0.0641μmol/L和0.0534μmol/L,对照组上升0.0890umol/L.P<0.01.营养基粉Ⅰ号组平均血清前白蛋白升高2.3g/L,服前服后差值有显著性意义,而Ⅱ号组和对照组则无显著意义。In ordre to promote growth of infants and young children,we have managed to make 'Nutritious Powder No. 1' and 'Nutritious Powder No. 2' to be put into porridge,noodle or soups to reinforce the nutrition in ordinary diet. 192 children from 12 mo,to 35 mo old in the countryside of Jiangxi Province were selected for feeding study. They were divided in-to;Group I(Nutritious Powder No. 1),GroupⅡ (Nutritious Powder No. 2) and Control Group. After 3-month feeding,the increments of weight and length of the children in Group I and Group Ⅱ were significantly higher than that in Control Group ( P <0. 05; P <0. 01 respectively. The change of concentration of Hb or FEP in Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Control Group was 6. 6g/L,4.0g/L,-5. 0g/L(P <0. 01) and -3. 6μg/dl,-3. 0μg/dl, 5.0μg/dl ( P<0. 01),re- spectively.In the Group I the level of serum prealbumin elevated significantly( P <0. 01), Otherwise,there was not any change in the other two groups,The results of the feeding study had shown that the addition of weaning food 'Nutritious Powder 'provided proper nutrition to young children,promoted the growth arid ameliorated the iron deficiency condition. It is especially suitable for the infants in the countryside, who take rice and wheat as their staple food.
