摘 要:为进一步了解营养性缺铁性贫血与细胞免疫功能的关系,本文测定了44名营养性缺铁性贫血(IDA)婴幼儿的T—淋巴细胞亚群的阳性细胞百分数,并选择了28名健康幼儿为对照组(C组).结果显示缺铁性贫血组(IDA)的CD_3^+%和CD_4^+%较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01).且与血红蛋白的水平呈显著的正相关(r_1=0.6427,r_2=0.5974 P<0.005);CD_3^+%在正常对照组和缺铁性贫血组间无显著性差异(P<0.05),缺铁性贫血组的CD_4/CD_3比值较正常对照组明显降低,但与血红蛋白的水平无关.提示营养性缺铁贫血的细胞免疫功能低下与CD_3^+%和CD_4^+%降低有关,也是营养性缺铁性贫血易患各种感染性疾病的重要原因之一.To define the relationship between iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and cellular immunity, the lymphocyte subsets were evaluted in peripheral blood of 44 childrem with IDA. The results showed that the percentage of CD3+,CD4+ cell and the ratio of CD8+ cell in IDA group was decreased in comparison with control group. There was a positive correlation between the hemoglobin level and the percentage of CD3(r = 0. 6427, P <0. 0005) and CD4+ (r=0. 5974, P <0. 0005), however, the percentage of GD8+ was unchanged. These findings indicated that the impairment of immune function wity IDA children was associated with the reduced immune-competent lymphocytes. The decreased ratio of CD4+ to CD8+ cell may change immuno-regulative function. The impairment of cellular immunity is the reason that children with IDA are susceptible to infection.
