摘 要:采用微生物菌种对生物膜填料塔进行挂膜作业,以低浓度甲醛废气为研究对象,对生物膜填料塔净化甲醛废气进行了研究,考察了入口气体甲醛浓度、气体流量、循环液喷淋量各因素对甲醛净化效率和生化去除量的影响。实验结果表明,随着入口气体中甲醛浓度的增加,净化效率呈下降的趋势,而生化去除量却随之增加。气体流量增加时,净化效率较稳定,基本维持在65%左右,同时生化去除量随之增加。当液体喷淋量由10L/h增至20L/h时,净化效率由40%左右增至约80%,再继续增加液体喷淋量时,净化效率的增加却渐趋平缓;当液体喷淋量增至40L/h时,净化效率则为90%左右。生化去除量随着液体喷淋量的增加随之增加,当增至20L/h时,增加趋势增大。实验结果表明采用生物膜填料塔净化甲醛废气是可行的。The article aims to develop a method for purifying the waste gas containing formaldehyde in low concentration by using biological Trickling Filter. Our experimental research is done to purify the waste gas with formaldehyde in low concentration, in which microorganism fungus were developed and packed into the biological tricking filter With biofilm packing - material. In doing so, we have studied the effect of the concentration of formaldehyde in influent gas, the gas flow and the influent flow in purification efficiency of HCHO and the biological elimination of HCHO. The results show that, when the concentration of formaldehyde in influent gas is rising, the purification efficiency of formaldehyde would be decreased, nevertheless, the biological elimination of formaldehyde would be increased. With the increase of the gas flow, the purification rate of formaldehyde can be kept at about 65%, but the biological elimination rate of formaldehyde would be increased with the rise of the gas flow. Furthermore, when the liquid flow was increased from 10 L/h to 20 L/h, the purification efficiency of formaldehyde would be increased from 40% to 80%. When the liquid flow continued to rise, the rising trend of the purification efficiency of formaldehyde would be decreased. To be exact, when the liquid flow was 40 L/h, the purification efficiency of formaldehyde was about 90% . And the biological elimination of formaldehyde was increased with the increase of the liquid flow. The increase trend of the biological elimination of formaldehyde would increase when the liquid flow reached 20 L/h. Thus, the research has proved that it was feasible to purify formaldehyde organic waste gas by using a biological trickling .
