摘　　要：行政程序的法制化在我国行政法制建设和实践中具有重要的功能。文章从行政程序的法制化对于规范行政主体的行政行为,保护行政相对方的合法权益,提高行政效率及防止行政的腐败的功能作了初步的论述。The law-based administrative procedure has significant functions in construction and practice of China＇s administrative legal system.The paper makes and elementary analysis of such functions as standardizing administrative action of the administrative subject to sageguard lawful rights and interests of the other party,heightening efficiency of administration and pteventing administrative corruption.
