治理垃圾邮件的有效途径

摘　　要：在简单介绍了垃圾邮件概念的基础上,分析了垃圾邮件带来的危害,指出ISP服务商应该在技术和管理两方面加强对垃圾邮件的治理,电子邮件使用者要采取必要的措施来减少收到的垃圾邮件.介绍了ISP服务商和电子邮件使用者防范和治理垃圾邮件的有效措施.Base on the concept of spam, the dangers that the spam brings is analysed. Internet service provider should strength the administration of spam in the respects of technology and management, E - mail user need adopt the essential means to reduce spam received. The effective way of dealing with Spam from two respects of internet service providers and E - mail users is given.
