摘 要:通过对滤膜制备影响因素的研究,确定了最佳制膜工艺条件,用相转换法制备了对Cu2+具有较大螯合容量的螯合滤膜。研究了树脂颗粒粒径、树脂片厚度、Cu2+浓度、吸附温度、盐溶液pH值和盐溶液浓度对膜吸附量的影响。对膜进行动态吸附测试表明,聚酰亚胺鳌合滤膜(PIM D061)对Cu2+能实现吸附与解吸同步进行,对Cu2+的最大吸附量可达800μg cm2。Based on the stady of various process parameters affecting filter membrance-preparation, the optinum technical conditions have been established for producing filter membrances. The chelating membrances which have a larger chelation capacity of Cu^2+ are prepared.The effects of resin grain size, resin ply, Cu^2+ concentration, adsorption temperature, pH and concentration of metallic ion solution on the adsorption capacity were investigated. By dynamic measurement of adsorption behaviours of the filter membrances, it was found that polyimide chelate filter membrances could achieve simultaneously the adsorption and desorption of Cu^2+ , with a highest adsorption capacity of Cu^2+ being up 800 μg/cm^2.
