摘　　要：作者借鉴世界上发达国家多年来采用的动物疫病监控及预警预报方法和经验,通过对中国典型疫病的跟踪调查,设计了畜禽重大疫病防治监控系统。该系统已实现将属性数据与G IS有机结合,可直观了解疫情发生地域分布;通过疫情快报、突发重大疫情统计等专题图制作,为决策部门制定防治措施和应对政策提供依据。By consulting the methods and experience of the developed countries in epidemic disease monitor and control as well as early warning and predict for many years, we have tailed and investigated some typical epidemic diseases and designed a kind of digital monitor and control system for some major animal epidemic diseases. In this system, the attribute data have been combined with GIS, the people can search some special maps for epidemic disease regions, epidemic disease intensities and some epidemic disease and some epidemic disease accidents etc. in computer. It is very important for government to make monitor and control decision.
