摘  要:目的:建立高良姜的薄层定性鉴别方法,对高良姜的黄酮类成分进行薄层色谱特定(指纹)图谱研究。方法:收集不同地区的高良姜样品,用醋酸乙酯提取其黄酮类有效成分并以薄层色谱法进行分离分析,建立薄层色谱特定(指纹)图谱;以薄层扫描法对色谱图进行定量扫描,结果以主成分分析法处理,从整体上比较其特定(指纹)图谱的差异。结果:以高良姜素为对照品,建立了高良姜药材的薄层定性鉴别,共有11个斑点构成了高良姜黄酮类的薄层色谱(特定)指纹图谱。以主成分分析法处理结果,能够对药材的产地分类判别。结论:该方法可有效鉴别高良姜,并评价质量。Objective: To establish TLC quality analysis and TLC specific (fingerprint)spectrum of Alpinia officinarum Hance. Methods : The lavonoids constituents of Alpinia officinarum Hance were extracted by EtOAc and analyzed by TLC to establish the specific (fingerprint)spectrum. TLC scanning method was employed as the quantitative analysis of TLC spectrum and the results were analyzed by primary component analysis (PCA)method to compare the fingerprint difference of Alpinia officinarum Hance. Results:The TLC specific (fingerprint)spectrum of Alpinia officinarum Hance were establish which were constituted by 11 spots include galangin. The TLC spectrum were scanned and the results were analyzed by PCA method which can divide Alpinia officinarum Hance into various habitats exactly. Conclusion:The specific (fingerprint)spectrum can be used to distinguish Alpinia officinarum Hance and to evaluate its quality.
