摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定痤螨灵搽剂中三组分的含量。方法:采用 MCHROM-Reliasil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱为固定相,甲醇-0.042 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾(42:58,内含0.75%三乙胺,用20%磷酸调 pH 2.4)为流动相,检测波长300nm,流速1.2 mL·min^(-1)。结果:甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸分别在0.8～80μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)、1.5～50μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996)、1.0～50μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9997)浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率(n=5)分别为100.2%,100.5%,99.85%;RSD分别为0.48%,0.76%,0.92%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of three components in Cuomanling liniment at same time. Method：The AICHROM -Reliasil C18 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm）column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0. 042 mol·L^-1 KH2PO4 （42： 58, contwiaining 0. 75 % triethylamine and adjust pH to 2. 4 with 20% phosphoric acid） ,the UV detection wavelength was 300 nm,the flow rate was 1. 2 mL·min^-1. Results： The linear in the range for metronidazole, chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were respectively 0. 8 - 80μg·mL^-1 （r =0. 9999） ,1.5 -50μg·mL^-1 （r =0. 9996） ,1.0 -50μg·mL^-1（r =0. 9997）. The mean recoveries（n =5）were 100. 2% ,100. 5% ,99. 85% ,RSD were 0. 48%,0.76%,0. 92%. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise.
