RP-HPLC法同时测定复方百部止咳颗粒中橙皮苷和黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立复方百部止咳颗粒中橙皮苷和黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以 Nova-Pak C_(18)(300mm×3.9mm,4 μm)柱为分析柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(45:55:0.2)为流动相,流速:0.8ml·min^(-1),检测波长:283 nm,柱温:40℃,以外标法检测。结果:样品中橙皮苷和黄芩苷的平均回收率分别为99.51%和100.2%,RSD 分别为1.3%和1.5%(n=6);橙皮苷和黄芩苷分别在0.05～0.99μg(r=0.9993)和0.08～1.51μg(r=0.9995),峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系。结论:该法快速、简便,分离度好,可同时测定复方百部止咳颗粒中橙皮苷和黄芩苷的含量。Objective：To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin and baicalin in compound Baibu Zhike granules. Methods ： RP - HPLC was conducted on a Nova - Pak C18 column（300 mm× 3.9 mm,4μm） with methanol - water - H3PO4 （45 ： 55： 0.2）, flow rate 0. 8 mL ·min^-1, detecting at 283 nm and column temperature at 40 ℃. It was used the external standard method. Rusults ：The average recovery was 99.51%, RSD = 1.3% （n = 6）for hesperidin,the linear range was 0.05 - 0.99 μg（ r = 0. 9993 ） , and the average recovery was 100. 2% , RSD = 1.5 % （ n = 6 ） for baicalin, the linear range was 0.08 - 1.51μg （ r = 0. 9995 ）. Conclusions ： The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of hesperidin and baicalin in compound Baibu Zhike granules.
