摘　　要：目的:建立一种简便快速测定硫酸奈替米星含量的方法,以控制该制剂的质量。方法:运用旋光法进行测定。结果:浓度在6～14 mg·mL^(-1)范围内与旋光度呈线性关系,r=0.9998(n=10),平均回收率为100.3%(n=15)。结论:旋光法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish a simple and rapid method for determination of netilmicin sulfate. Method： The polarimetry was used. Results： The linear relationship between the concentration and the optical rotation was in the range of 6 - 14 mg·mL^-1 , r = 0. 9998 （ n = 10）, the average recovery was 100. 3% （n = 15 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for control over the quality of the preparation.
