摘 要:室内和田间条件下检测18种基因型甜玉米种子活力状况的结果表明:不同甜玉米种子基因型间的活力差异显著,但均以品种京科甜116较佳。用电导率、糖含量、脱氢酶活性、醛含量、穿纸和老化发芽率均可评估田间出苗率,且前三者还可评估出苗速度,尤以电导率最佳。建立回归方程可对田间成苗能力进行预测。In laboratory and field conditions, the results of seed vigor test of sweet corn (Zea mays L. saccharata Sturt) showed that there were significant differences in seed vigor among 18 genotypes while that of the hybrid of “Jingketian11” was higher. Electrical conductivity, soluble sugar content, dehydrogenase activity, volatile aldehyde content, through paper and ageing germination percentage could be all used for evaluation of field emergence percentage. Besides, the former three indexes could be also used for evaluation of field emergence speed and the first was the best. Furthermore, regression equations were built to forecast its field survival ability.
