摘  要:测定转玉米pepc基因水稻和未转化粳稻品种Kitaake在分蘖初期、分蘖盛期、拔节期、始穗期、齐穗期、成熟期和剑叶不同生长时期的光合特性动态变化的结果表明:转玉米pepc基因水稻的磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPCase)活性和净光合速率(Pn)在不同时期各不相同,相对于Kitaake而言,均有不同程度的提高;剑叶完全展开时的PEPCase活性和Pn提高最明显。The dynamics of photosynthetic characteristics in leaves of transgenic rice plants with maize phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase gene (pepc) and untransformed rice cv. “Kitaake” were determined at initialtillering stage, full-tillering stage, jointing stage, begin-heading stage, heading stage, maturing stage and six different growing stages of flag leaves. The results indicated that the levels of PEPCase activity and the net photosynthesis rate (Pn) of transgenic rice increased to some extent as compared with untransformed rice at during whole development stages. It proved that the maize pepc in transgenic rice had been expressed. The PEPCase activity and the Pn of transgenic rice expressed highest at flag leaf complete outspreading.
