军队官兵无偿献血采血时间的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨军队官兵无偿献血者有关因素对采血时间的影响。方法将参加无偿献血官兵124例分为6组,分别比较观察,采集穿刺点与血袋平面垂直距离、采血中与献血者交谈、采血时让献血者观察其采血过程,对采血时间的影响。结果与献血者密切交谈或让献血者观察其采血过程对采血时间无显著性影响,采血穿刺点与血袋平面垂直距离的差异对采血时间有显著影响。结论建立科学规范的采血方式,可缩短血液采集时间,减少不良反应发生。Objective To discuss the influences of concerned factors on blood collecting duration among military volunteers. Methods All the 124 blood donating volunteers were divided into several groups, among which the influences of concerned factors on blood collecting duration were observed and compared. Results It had no clear influence on the time length that the volunteers were watching blood collection or being talked with during the courses, while the vertical distance from the puncture point to the plane where the blood bag was placed acted as an significantly influencing factor. Conclusion It is suggested that setting up scientific manner to blood collection can shorten collecting time so that the untoward reactions are decreased accordingly.
